According to legend, in the Eastern Zhou Dynasty 2,500 years ago, there was a wine maker named Du Kang. He understood that only good steel can make a sword, and only good water can make good wine. So, in order to make wine in the world, he decided to find the most beautiful spring water in the world.
One day, he walked out of the dragon gate and looked south along the crooked Yishui. He found a small river with thousands of twists and turns. The more he went up, the narrower the river channel, the clearer the river, and the more energetic Du Kang was. He climbed the mountains and finally found the source of the small river. I saw that the small rushing and noisy river became as white as the practice here, and disappeared into a small ditch not far away. Du Kang ran down the hillside and hurried to the front of the ditch to take a look. He saw hundreds of springs gushing in the ditch, which was clear and clear. Du Kang bent down and took out a handful of spring water to drink. He felt cool and sweet and refreshing. He couldn't help but drink it one after another. After drinking enough, he suddenly felt refreshed and refreshed.
Du Kang was overjoyed and settled down in a hut here, starting a winemaking business. Later, more and more people came to live here, forming a village.
Du Kang's brewing skills were very high. Ever since he had found this excellent spring water, the operation had become more rigorous and meticulous. He personally screened refined grains, harvested alcohol medicine, and prepared strange recipes.
Later, the story of Dukang making fine wine was passed on to the emperor of the dynasty, who specially sent people here to collect "imperial wine". The "imperial wine" was shipped to Luoyang, Kyoto, and the emperor was refreshed after drinking it. Long Yan was very happy, so he named Dukang "Jiuxian". Therefore, this village was also called "Dukang Xianzhuang". Because Dukang used the spring water here to make wine, this spring was later named "Jiuquan", and the ditch was therefore called "Jiuquan Ditch".
Du Kang became famous for making wine, and was later summoned to the Heavenly Palace by the Jade Emperor to become an immortal wine.
It's only been a few days in the sky, and it's been a thousand years in the world. After Du Kang arrived in the Heavenly Palace, although it didn't take long, the world has changed dynasties for more than a thousand years. Once, an immortal child in Yaochi, the Queen Mother of the Heavenly Palace, was punished by the Queen Mother and sent to the world to suffer because he stole the "imperial wine" specially prepared for the peach feast and accidentally broke a glass cup that the Queen Mother loved most. This fairy child later became Liu Ling, one of the "Seven Sages of the Bamboo Forest" in the Jin Dynasty. Liu Ling was punished in the lower realm, but she still indulged in alcohol, did not get drunk, and lived in seclusion all her life, without seeking fame. One day, the Queen Mother counted on her finger, and Liu Ling's doom was about to be fulfilled, so she sent Du Kang down to earth to "enlighten" him to become immortal.
In the mid spring of this year, Liu Ling went out to play in the mountains and came to Dukang Xianzhuang at the foot of Funiu Mountain. In the wine shop at the head of the village, a couplet was very eye-catching. The upper couplet wrote: A glass of tiger drunk in the mountains; the lower couplet said: Two Jiaolong sleeping under the sea. Horizontal batch: Dukang wine house.
Liu Ling laughed and said, "The mountain village shop, what a big breath!" After saying that, he walked into the store. He sat down at the table and shouted, "Get some good wine!" A white-haired old man came out of the room, bowed deeply to Liu Ling, and asked, "Do the guests want to drink?" Liu Ling said, "How many jars of good wine do you have in this small hotel?"
The old man said, "Our store is a small business, and there is only one jar of wine in storage, and there is no excess."
Liu Ling laughed and said, "How dare you open a shop with a jar of wine? Even if I drink it alone, I may not be able to drink it happily."
The old man said, "You don't know about the guests, although I don't have much wine, this wine is the most famous Dukang wine in the world. For most visitors who come in the past, a small amount of worship can be satisfied; for a large amount, a large glass of wine is enough." Saying that, he ordered the clerk to pour a small glass of wine.
Listening to this, Liu Ling found it amusing and cursed secretly, "What an ignorant old man. In the world's taverns, how can he be afraid of others drinking too much? It must be because he saw that my clothes were tattered and he was afraid that I could not pay for the wine, so he used these words to fool people."
At that time, the waiter saw that Liu Ling was so unhappy, so he filled a large glass of wine and put it on the table. Liu Ling was unhappy and said to the old man, "Store owner, since you said this is Dukang wine, I want to drink it and rest. Bring your jar of wine, I have silver taels here."
The old man said, "The profit of our store is meager, and the money is not too important. I am just afraid that the guests will be drunk and not treated well. I am really sorry."
Liu Ling said: "You don't have to worry about this, you can bring the four treasures of the study, and I will write down the documents for safekeeping without losing your life."
The old man had to call the waiter to bring the wine jar over. Liu Ling believed that she had a large amount of alcohol, so she immediately picked up a large glass and drank cup after cup.
Who knew that after three glasses of wine, Liu Ling could not hold it anymore and didn't dare to drink any more. She praised again and again, "Good wine, good wine!" At this time, the alcohol was surging, and Liu Ling hurriedly got up to say goodbye to the store. Unexpectedly, as soon as he got up, he knocked down the wine jar on the ground with a stumble, but unfortunately a jar of good wine spilled all over the ground.
Liu Ling didn't care much, and forgot to pay for the wine. She staggered out of the liquor store, and as soon as she got home, she fell on the bed. His wife saw that he was so drunk, and hurriedly made tea and soup for him. Unexpectedly, Liu Ling's drunkenness was no small matter, and she did not get a drop of water for three days in a row. She was unconscious, and on the fourth day, she was unconscious. The wife was inconsolable, and the neighbors who came to comfort her also sighed. Everyone helped and hurriedly buried Liu Ling in the coffin.
Besides, the white-haired old man in the hotel turned out to be Du Kang. It had been three years since Liu Ling had gone that day, and according to instructions of the Queen Mother, it was time for Liu Ling to die. On this day, Du Kang was still in his previous dress, and he came to Liu Ling's door with a money bag on his shoulder. He went forward and called a few times, and Liu Ling's wife came out and asked, "Who is the old man looking for?" Du Kang replied, "May I ask if this is Mr. Liu Ling's house?" Liu Ling's wife said, "Yes, what's the matter?"
Du Kang said, "Three years ago, your husband drank three glasses in my shop, and kicked down the wine jar. The silver money has not been paid, so I 'm here to ask for the money for the wine." Liu Ling's wife did not listen to him, but when she heard this, she couldn't help but get angry. She went forward and grabbed Du Kang's collar and shouted, "Wow, this is the enemy's narrow road, I am not looking for you, what kind of wine money are you coming to ask for? Go, follow me to the yamen to see the official first, pay my husband's life, and then I will pay you back the wine money." As she cried, she was about to go to see the official while tugging at Du Kang.
When the neighbors heard the noise, they all ran to inquire, and more and more people gathered around. Du Kang shouted loudly to the crowd, "There is no such truth in the world, her husband drank my wine and did not give money, and she still sent me to the official!" The crowd made a good talk, and Liu Ling's wife let go.
Du Kang then recounted to everyone the passage of Liu Ling drinking in a liquor store three years ago, and took out the piece of paper written by Liu Ling for everyone to see, and said: "Everyone is evidence, I dare to guarantee that Liu Ling was drunk and did not die. Let's go to dig a tomb and open a coffin together, and do a face-to-face autopsy. If he really dies, I am willing to go to the official." Hearing that he was reasonable, everyone agreed to see what happened. People were noisy, you pushed me and hugged me, and they came to Liu Ling's cemetery together. Everyone dug open the grave with their hands and feet, opened the coffin, and when they saw it, they were all stunned: Liu Ling had been dead for three years, and her face remained the same!
Suddenly, seeing him open his hazy sleepy eyes, stretch out his arms and yawn, a smell of alcohol spewed out, suddenly, straightened up and shouted: "What a powerful wine, it really suffocates me!"
Seeing this scene, Liu Ling's wife was mixed with joy and sorrow, and she was puzzled. Just as she was about to pull Du Kang to ask, she suddenly saw two rays of golden purple gas flying in the air. Du Kang pulled Liu Ling to stand in the clouds and nodded to everyone.
Liu Ling's wife called the sky and the earth, and shouted to Liu Ling, "Where are you going? Where are you going?" Du Kang threw the money over his shoulder, and the money turned into a three-foot-long white silk silk that fell leisurely. People picked it up and looked at it, and there were two lines written on it: If you want to know where Lang Jun is going, Jade Lake will pay tribute to the Queen Mother. When you looked up again, Du Kang and Liu Ling were gone, only two colorful clouds slowly drifted over the sky.
